What this site is for
This site exists because of a pattern in our own sales desk. Most failed-part inquiries arrive without the three facts needed to quote correctly: the machine model, the serial number, and either the part number or a clear description of the symptom. The result is time lost, parts ordered twice, and machines standing still while a question is answered by email.
So we published the material our own staff use. Every guide here describes how a fault is confirmed before a part is replaced, what a measurement should read, and — when it comes to ordering — what the difference between genuine, OEM-quality and aftermarket actually is in service.
Who is behind it
Guangzhou Shenyue Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. has been supplying excavator parts since 2007. The business operates four warehouses, each over 1,000 m², holding 3,000+ part types on the shelf with a further 100,000+ part numbers available to order through original channels.
We are an independent supplier. We are formally authorized for five brands — Garrett, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, TONGMYUNG, NIKURA and Marusan — and we supply other major brands through original channels, alongside OEM-quality and aftermarket lines. Every quoted line states which of those three it is.

For Kobelco, Hino, Isuzu, Yanmar, Kawasaki, Nabtesco, Cummins and others we are not an authorized dealer — we supply genuine parts through original supply channels, or OEM-quality and aftermarket equivalents, and we say which one you are being quoted.
Our Mitsubishi authorization covers Mitsubishi Heavy Industries engine parts — the 6D34, 6D31 and 6D24 families among them. Starters and alternators are Mitsubishi Electric products and fall outside it.
